This year for Easter, we again trekked to St. George to spend the weekend with my parents. The kids love going to Grandmas and enjoying the warm weather and lots of outdoor fun. Their neighborhood has a giant potluck breakfast and huge egg hunt in the rocks for all of the kids. Their are even prizes at the end for those kids who pick up their limited number of eggs to keep them honest. :) Later that day we had an egg hunt with just the cousins that were eggs filled with money and prizes. Ayden again made the least amount of money (he keeps going after the big eggs that are easiest to spot!) while both Chris and Tory made a good haul...around 17$ or so. The big prize...the 5$ egg was not found at this time, so my mom left it out saying that they could continue to look for it all weekend to keep up their interest. While playing on one of the scooters in the garage, I am the one who actually found it! That is the FIRST TIME EVER!!! My mom has been doing this since we were kids, and I can't believe I actually found it this time!! :) Woohoo! Go me! :)
