Ayden was a pirate for Halloween. For over a month before Halloween, Jared would have Ayden practice his pirate lines: “Give me your candy or walk the plank!” Ayden got very into it, and he would say his lines in a deep gravelly voice. To go along with Ayden’s costume, I carved pirate themed pumpkins this year! I meant to do 4 of them, but for Halloween we went trick-or-treating with some friends in Ogden, and so I didn’t have time to do the other 2. When we went trick-or-treating, Ayden only gave his lines twice because soon it was all about getting to the next house to gather more candy! He really got into it this year, and soon his pail was so heavy he kept tripping over it and I ended up having to carry it for him.

Ahhh love the pumpkins as much as I love the pirate. What the...pumpkin cutter. They looked rad...yes I said, rad. anyways...I never had a real costume for Halloween growing up, but I always had a lot of fun and to me that was real enough. Love Halloween times.
