The end of illness???!!!

We have had some crazy weather lately. On Sunday there was a mini blizzard during church and Monday morning we woke up to several inches of snow on the ground. Just when we thought that it was getting nice outside! Along with the yucky weather, we have also had another 2 weeks of illness in our family, but we are all finally on the mend!

Last Saturday Jared took Ayden sledding with a group of friends. They had a blast and Ayden was very brave and went down the hill all by himself. They came home tired and complaining of aches and pains!

Christopher is doing really well. He is very healthy and is such a sweety. He is sleeping more at night and is more alert during the day. Ayden is a little impatient for him to get bigger so he can play with him! The other day he tossed a small ball at Chris and said "Catch!" I told him that he would have to be a little bigger to play catch with him, and now Ayden keeps telling everyone "He needs to be older so that he can play with me." =)

Well, as many of you have heard already, we are now the proud parents of a new little boy! He was born weighing 6 lbs 14 ounces. We are going to name him Christopher. Most of the pictures we have of him were taken by Ayden, who is ecstatic to be a big brother!

Snow Day!

This morning we woke up to a white world. Ayden jumped into bed with us and immediately started begging to go outside. So Ayden and I bundled up and went outside to play. We made a “snow tree” and made snow angels. After we were done playing, we came inside for hot cocoa with marshmallows.
